Amazing, I didn't know you could do that! How do you prove it? Do you have to weigh in with someone and get them to verify??

For those who asked. I needed to go to my doctors and ask for a letter.

It isn't easy as you can guess to lose 70 pounds but I'll do all that I can. I'm hoping in the first 4 weeks I can lose 1.5 stone so 9 pounds to go in the next fortnight.

Thank you, fredsnail and congrats, everyone!

Sorry I'm late this week. It was a STS week for me. I have done another 90mins of exercise though.

The hardest part for me is trying to eat healthily. Plus I find the exercise really dull so staying motivated is a challenge sometimes :o.

I'm 2lb down this week. I'm happy with that. :)
  • I STS this week again!! At least I'm not putting on I suppose. Need a cleaner diet as I am definitely exercising. This week I've done 5.5 hours. I ran for 1 hour, did two one hour body balance classes, 2 x 45 min spin classes, 1 x 30 min spin class and 1 x30 min swim.

Hubby is off work all week this coming week so hoping to get to the gym 3 evenings to make the most of available childcare and another long run at the weekend.:)

I am not be thinner but I must be getting fitter!

Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. :)

You all put me to shame. I don't do any exercise really. I just try and move about more, stand more and go up and down the stairs more often. :o
  • Really hoping to feel well again soon so I can get back to exercising!! Since starting to feel poorly on Monday I've done one gym session - with not as much as usual in it - less than half the amount of walking I was doing before, and !!!!!! all else. Keep telling myself that I shouldn't push it too much whilst I feel so utterly poo but it's difficult! Oh well, hopefully the tonsillitis will clear up soon and I will feel normal again.....
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j
