I agree completely, that's amazing jackieb you're doing brilliantly!

    Thank you. :) x

We do have a crosstrainer in the garage and my OH was going to take it indoors, but I haven't checked the weight limit on it, but I think I may be a wee bit heavy for it yet. :o

I am basically lazy but I do try and do little things, like walking from the far end of the car park at the supermarket, and go upstairs more often with the ironing rather than leave it lying forever on the sofa. And standing up rather than sitting to do aforementioned ironing. I'm [STRIKE]hoping[/STRIKE] planning as more weight comes off the more things i'll do. Baby steps. :)

I've done another hour on the crosstrainer (3*20mins) so I'm feeling pleased with that.

I don't think I'll have lost anything though as I was having coffee and eating out quite a bit last week. :o

Husband badly sprained his ankle on Wednesday night so no Ballroom. I've had to do all the jobs he usually does, especially the driving which I get very anxious about, this plus the stress have made it a really difficult few days and have played havoc with the ME. Will probably take at least another week to recover.

    1 hour ballroom last night.

Spent the weekend at DD's sorting out wedding arrangements. Ate loads of rubbish and no exercise. Hoping the scales are kind to me tomorrow!
  • After a week of being poorly, I've decided to write off this week and whatever unkindness the scales give me tomorrow; I really have felt utterly rubbish since last Monday but am much improved now. At least I've lost SOME weight this year, which is a start! Jess - I feel your pain with eating rubbish......!

Sorry to hear about the anxiety durham_mim, I don't particularly like driving either. My OH fell asleep at 7.30 last night so we missed our dance class too! Are you feeling better today?
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j

A massive 6.6lbs down this week :) Seriously lowcarbing (and eating fabulously), weight-training and swimming - I'm in the zone. That's a huge 13lbs down since 1st January. 4 inches gone from my waist.

  • Wow Tiglath!

I'm at +2.5 this week. Entirely self inflicted. Not even a valid excuse realistically.
