well my little man is sound asleep in bed snooring his head off. he been asleep for just under and hour. he feels really cool. he has been really sick tonight. but his temp was 39.5. so i think it was just a reaction to the temp.
but my mum has got my little girl tonight. she said she could sleep at her house and then my mum will take her to nursery in the morning. my daughter was so chuffed. when she got to my mum's we saw my dad helping his neighbour building a green house. tori was so chuffed. she wanted to help. she thought it was fab grandad was building a house.
hopefully my little boy will be well enough to sit in buggy tomoz , so i can collect my little girl from nursery. but if not . then my mum on hand.
it really handy having a mum who lives about a 3 min walk away.and a nan who lives opposite my mum. and my cousin lives in my road. i got loads of help when i need it.0 -

Well, I got home from work and came that close to ordering a Chinese takeaway. I even considered ordering extra to make it worth their while delivering it. Then I thought, no. How will I explain that to the MSEs? Instead I used half of what remained of a bag of organic oven chips, a non-organic chicken pie, and some organic frozen peas. I've made some room in the freezer for when I start my cooking bonanza. The carrots, I think, may be beyond help so they'll go in the bin.
My next conundrum is this: do I use the frozen (organic) loaf to make yet more room, or do I bake a fresh (part-organic to use up ingredients) loaf? Tomorrow I'm at home, so I may bake a loaf. I either use up the soon to be out of date ingredients or make room in the freezer. Either way I win and save.
I ordered a book and a CD from Amazon at the weekend and decided against paying the extra for express delivery that guaranteed delivery by 1pm today. The last 2 times I've paid for this service, the goods have come a day late anyway. So I was feeling very chuffed that I'd saved that extra money and opted instead for the free first class delivery. When I got home, my parcel was waiting for me. It still got here before 1pm and that didn't cost me a penny. The book: Window Box Allotment - a beginner's guide to container gardening. Despite having just a very small yard now compared to my lovely big garden before, I still intend to start growing my own again.

Hi, just a quickie before I go to bed. It's been a long busy day at w*** and then over to see my parents. School is hard at the moment due to certain management (daft) decisions. Why is it that the people who make some of the silly decisions never actually have to implement them? Why don't they put the children's needs first instead of saving money!!!! Right, .rant over and I need to keep telling myself to look for the positive and not to be so negative. Tomorrow will be a better day (I hope).
