Hi Lois,
Please would you put me down for a 2lb weight loss. If possible can you also add in my 8 lb total weight loss from the previous chart. Don't worry if it causes you extra work.
Katmad, Congratualtions on 2.1. To diet and study is brilliant. When I've done exams in the past I've eaten loads.
Everyone, although I don't post I read the messages and find them so helpful and positive. Thanks.
Thanks especially to everyone who is ill and posts about their losses. It really helps as I'm in a situation where my activity is limited but I realise so are others and they are determined and successful so I can be too.
Good luck for the next week.

Hi all,
A 2lb gain this week. Damn, damn, damn. But I haven't done enough exercise nor watched the food intake enough so get what I deserve. I maintained last week and put on this week. Time to give myself a serious talking to!
Can this thread be my sin bin? Which hopefully will get smaller each week? This week's sinners are coleslaw (full fat and crikey so many cals); parsnip crisps yes they are veg but fat fat fat; Pringles only 1 tube but they are weight gain in a tube. There I feel a little better, but also very very embarrassed. Wish me luck everyone I need to get back on track. Best of luck to everyone with forthcoming parties/bbqs etc. Thanks again Lois for all this.
PS: many congrats Katmad!Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Haven't been around much this week as it's been hectic.

Hope everyone else is OK

Hello everyone, been really busy getting ready to leave my job tomorrow so haven't posted much but pleased to report a 2lb loss in my first week. Thank you all so much for getting me motivated.
Shocked by how little I seem to walk each day (work in an office) but the pedometer can't lie can it.
Hoping that when I start walking part way to/from work next week this will increase substantially.
Well done to everyone who has lost/maintained and I really like this week at a time approach.
Hope to do as well next week.:j0 -

Hi Kaz
Don't think of 2 pounds weight loss as a tiny amount - imagine a 2lb bag of sugar, or a 2lb block of butter or lard, and then imagine it as part of your body - it's a good weight loss, one you should be proud of and the first step towards your goal. :T
