Well done Heather, efrieze, Ishtar, Sa1sysoo, new mum again and Victory :j :j Great losses:T :T

Ooooh! That sounded awful Victory, made me feel quite _pale_ you really are a martyr to the cause :p

Beanie and Honey Glad to hear that the weddings went well, it doesn't seem possible that they've been and gone, it seemed like ages to go when you first mentioned them. How time flies:o but now it's back to day 1.

llol_slim The only thing I know about exercise is how to spell it :o but our very own Suggs will be able to give you excellent advice on gym stuff. I would however suggest that you do try and eat healthily to get the full benefit of any exercise.

Not quite sure what that means or implies? (Big Feet, Big Bloke?) but seeing as I am male, what can you expect?

Suggs, Is your foot size not related to your height... (not you're length:o:rotfl:)

What I meant was, I guess with size 11 feet, you must be over 6ft in height which means that you musn't have much weight left to lose? Have you any idea of what your final target will be?

    Good Morning Lovely Peeps :j

Well done poohbear :j the first 2lbs of many :j ...

...and beanie :rotfl: it really does make you wonder at times, I sometimes think that when you've been dieting for a while and things are starting to get sluggish, a blow out meal seems to jolt the system, so 'well done' :j and no it won't catch up with you next week :naughty: day 1 and all that...

...karren, first of all don't get disheartened, is there anything in particular that's causing this such as picking, or is it just a general thing? If so, I would suggest that you have a look at your eating plan and perhaps try something different for a week or so; keep a record of what you are eating and see if it's time to reduce the amount of calories, which we all need to do as our weight loss progresses nearer to our goal. Remember that the warm weather will be here for a few months still and that you want to be able to wear light weight clothes so that you don't feel uncomfortable and that you look good. Don't spoil all the effort that you've made so far, so keep thinking positively and you'll find that the weight loss should continue :j (I could say 'try doing a beanie' but I think we'll wait to see how Honey does this week ;) )...

... A few weeks ago I bought a selection of herb plants one of which was basil mint, and, this will completely surpise you, tastes just like a mixture between basil and mint  (I know! so unexpected!):rotfl: but it is absolutely gorgeous chopped into a tomato and onion salad. I love it and I'm eating it with whatever I can... mmm yum...

    Hi all,
No weight loss this week but a maintain. It has been a rather bad week so got what I deserved. Need to up the exercise again. Found I have reintroduced myself to bad foods/snacks this week. In fact I have probably been more bad than good. Right I'll stop there, this week will be better. I want to lose that June 5lb target.
Had to laugh at someone's earlier post (sorry I forgot your name) who said about their DH had said they had received an e-mail from an old flame. My OH said how he saw X woman coming into work with X bloke and how she looked like a t*rt wearing this and that. Mmm. I think I need to keep this thought a little closer to my mouth rather than my heart and this will act as a bit of deterrent!
Best of luck everyone for the coming week and thanks again to Lois for organising us all on the charts and stuff.

I gained!! Not surprising when I know what I've been eating but it's 3 lb again^^ Why is it always 3 lb? It takes me so long to actually shift anything - that kind of gain is so disheartening. I had a good look at myself in the mirror and told my reflection that I was a cheat and a liar. Never in the thread, I never lie in here but I do lie to myself all the time with 'as I'm here buying for the boss I may as well grab something' or 'oh I really need to eat this' and 'well just this one little piece won't hurt me'. In reality 'one little piece of this' usually is forgotten about when I want 'one little piece of that'.

I am so fed up but I'm not giving up. Oh No!! that would be far, far too easy.

I am, however, going back to class. I've already found one at 5.30 pm on a Monday evening in Glasshoughton - 6 minutes (drive) from where I live.

I'll be back later to read the thread - it's been a few days so I bet I have a load to catch up on ><
