Well done Suggs on such a brilliant acheivement!. Given that you have size 11 feet, you can't have much further to go?
Victory thanks for the list. I've been giving support to a friend and have printed it out to post to her (she was complaining that she couldn't get started).
Consultant31 I'm really sorry to hear of your news ((((((hugs)))))) My thoughts are with you.
I'm really keen on the 5lb target for June but am not feeling that I'll have a loss for this week. It really is taking me a long time to get going... the good (or bad, whichever way you look at it) news is I'm back at work tomorrow after 7 weeks off - of course the weather would have to be lovely this week! (sigh) but hopefully getting back into a routine is going to help me! And the gym of course. I'll be able to do my monthly menu planner in work (during my breaks) and hopefully that'll help the budget too.
Weigh in on Wednesday morning..... here's hoping to maintain!Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -

Not quite sure what that means or implies? (Big Feet, Big Bloke?) but seeing as I am male, what can you expect?Proud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

Hi Lois,
Please would you add me to the June challenge to help me get back on track. Am having to write off May as a complete disaster for weight loss. Have had no success at losing weight and not been able to read the messages or post my details for the May challenge as been sidetracked with family issues.
Thanks for arranging the challenge. Although I haven't been succesful the weight loss disaster has been more short lived than normal as I know that you and all the other kind contributors are in the background offering support and motivation.
Here's to a succesful June to everyone.
