You can tell the weather has been good these past few days - "normal" shopping habits go out the window leaving more options for the bargain hunter.0

For the first time in absolutely ages I got some bread/bakery items in Sainsbo's massively reduced. Taste the Difference Tomato & Basil pittas 29p, packs of 6 toasting muffins 20p, packs of wholemeal Rolls 20p and wholemeal sliced loaves 19p. Stocked the freezer up. Caught DH putting a pack of cupcakes in the trolley but I managed to resist eating those! The usual stingy reductions on the meat and veg though!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

I love reduced things. Me and my fiance get all excited and head straight there whenever we go to our local shops.
Mainly the spar & co-op. They often reduce his slices that he likes from £1 to 50p.
Sandwiches are my fave, £1.50/£2 anything around that down to anything between 20-60p.
The other day he bought 3 back 35p each from the local spar.
So many over the past couple of years i couldnt recall them all.
Our best score was last summer. We went to the co-op about 7pm ish and got 2 bags full of goodies. They were reduced to amazing prices when you consider the co-op. Branded stuff down to under 50p. I added it up and we got £30 at leasst worth of stuff down to £12 believe it or not and that was with a couple of things not reduced properly. I will have to find the reciept at some point if its still around and see.
We once got a massive bagutte at asda for 2p. We kind of ended up not eating it but only 2p gone to waste.INACTIVE ACCOUNT0 -

Genius wholemeal bread from £2.70 down to 87p
Pack of cream meringues from £1.20 down to 71p
AND a massive family sized chocolate fudge cake from £5.50 down to £1.76!!!
