    Royal Mail business account.
I have not got a PPI number yet, not sure if they send it by post so may have to give them a ring later.
They usually email everything through to you, including your PPI license number.

I'm becoming philosophical about eBay's changes stacked on Royal Mail's changes, and just wondering what the Chancellor has in store. Coverage on BBC News.

Thanks, just received all the relevant emails. Do you ever use the rubber stamps? is it worth having one as a back up in case printer not working...

I never bothered with the rubber stamps. I started off by printing the PPI stamps onto sheets of labels in advance and using those like normal stamps. I used to print the addresses as invoices from within ebay, then fold them up so just the address was showing and stick them to the front of the items using 'documents enclosed' wallets.

Now I use integrated labels (invoice with a peelable address sticker). The address, PPI impression and my return address all get printed on the address part. I use 1stoporders software to collate all my orders from ebay/amazon/website and then print them all out in one go onto the integrated labels. This has reduced packing/processing time massively.

*edit* Search ebay for 'PPI labels' - you can get them pre-printed for reasonable prices

Thanks that's great advice. I need to look into it all. I like the idea of integrated labels!
