Did you get this offer confirmed by e-mail or did you misunderstand the offer?

The offer of 7.50 includes line rental. They confirmed over the phone..the first time it was offered she had done it in error as she should have told us £10. They confirmed the broadband via email last night. Letter is being sent out.

Only Plusnet is going to come close to a fiver a month (assuming an M2 or M3 exchange)-and that's just for the Essentials tariff, which is capped at 10GB.

Actually for a fiver you get Unlimited from Plusnet at the moment.

"£4.99 a month for 12 months", which is for the whole minimum term. I got my MAC from BE earlier today and will go for that deal together with the Line Rental Saver and hopefully the £70 cashback from TCB...

I recently switched o2 to sky bb and got £115 cashback plus £25 m and s voucher and free BB for first 6 months on 12 month deal so am happy with that.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

My brother joined o2 broadband but his due due to start is 18th May. In his o2 terms and contracts, it says you can cancel anytime up until midnight 18th May. With o2 now being officially Sky, can he still call o2 and cancel? He doesn't want to be with them anymore.

I'm abroad so have just seen this news in an email. Arrrggghhhhhhhhhhhhh! I don't wanna be with Sky.

I'm wondering how this will affect my bill, as I get a broadband discount as long as I top up credit on my O2 PAYG UK sim card (phone) at least once every 3 months.

Absolutely nothing will change on your current billing. Sky have simply been assigned the current O2 contracts.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

So, who do we call regarding retentions now? Still the same?
