Hi there,

Does anyone have the conact number for ITDistributionuk, I arranged a few collections via ebay on 2nd May and have not had any confirmation and Parcel Force have come to drop a parcel and normally collect at same time but just checked and was told by the driver they don't have anything to collect today.

I recommended their service only yesterday and now I've had no collection for two of my parcels, they've been fine in the past!!

I've had no response to my e-mails and eventually decided to re-book, but the re-booking link does'nt work anymore, quiet dissapointed really as I've waited all day.

I had trouble contacting them when I used them, very poor customer service.

The reason they didn't pick up one of my parcels is because i mis-spelt part my username (i put Englads instead of englands - it was my fault)

I used them for the first time yesterday for two parcels, Collected as planned.
Although i recieved a message from ebay today saying their listings have been pulled due to policy breaches.

I got that too, wouldn't worry about it though, someone probably reported them for something silly. And if parcelforce have your parcel, they should deliver it.

Booked with them first time yesterday and paid via paypal.Does the seller send a confirmation as I haven't yet got one and unsure if they will collect today.

Hiya,

I don't know how it works with paypal as i have always paid with credit card - and yes i did get 2 confirmation emails - 1 from Them & 1 from Nochex.

Maybe email them, they should be able to help!

I was surprised they haven't replied to the two emails I sent yesterday.Funny thing is payperdrop still haven't responded to my email I sent them yesterday

Looking at my paypal account will the refund be automatic?I guess I may have to go for the credit on their booking area form.
I assume I won't get a pick up today as I have had no confirmation email from ITD.
