 I thought i point out that you may get horrible emails from disappointed customers but remember the ebay sellers who are relying on your guaranteed next day service will be getting the same back from the ebay buyer if they dont get their parcel on time.
 Btw i will point out ive never used your service, but in the past i used another courier service that let me down and it wasnt a pleasant experience all round for the buyer or me :mad:0

            My experience of sendyourparcels.com has not been good.
 I booked for a parcel to be collected on 3rd of May. ParcelForce didn't show up. On the evening of the 3rd of May I re-booked via the online form for re-collection on the 4th of May. Again ParcelForce never showed up. On the 5th of May I requested a refund via the online form. My bank account still hasn't been refunded.
 Since then, I have sent four firm but fair (and polite) messages requesting a refund (two direct emails and two ebay messages), and have received no replies to date (though I have received the autoreplies to the ebay messages).0

 Sorry again for that, please PM me your email address and I will ensure the refund is made. If you paid by card, you may have been refunded yesterday when we refunded most people, however it can take a few days to go back into your account/on to your card.
 If you decide to use our relaunched improved service when we restart later this month, your first few deliveries will be free of charge, as a token of my apology.0

 I also sent PM after reading the first post from sendyourparcels.com yesterday, Not one of the lucky ones who recieved a reply though 
 Found out the answer to my question myself.

 We booked 13 collections on the 2nd May, sadly they were'nt collected and following no contact we requested a refund on the 10th, sadly following a further 3 emails and no response we have apending charge back in process with them.
 I hope of course they can get to grips with there service and if they can, and offer these prices they will be sure winners!
 Lets hope the company see this thread and can kindly refund us ..... it would be nice!
