  • Hi Nick,

Really sorry to hear about that, I am genuinely suprised as we thought we had refunded everyone for failed collections. I do apologize for this slipping through the net.

If you paid with Nochex please contact them directly (https://www.nochex.com) and they will refund you in full within a day or two maximum.

If you paid by Paypal, please send us a private message with your paypal details and we will refund you in full. We may have to make this refund by cheque, if so this will be sent out with no further delay.

    Thank you for your patience.

what mistakes have PPD been making?
  • Hi,

    Thanks for your support.

Our return has been delayed slightly, sadly the father of our co director passed away on Saturday following a battle with cancer. The co director concerned is also heavily involved with the design of our booking system, and when he returns shortly we can complete the relaunch.

Not passing all the address details from the booking form onto DHL & having DHL phone us everyday to confirm the correct details.

We're looking forward to your return on eBay.

Will you be offering your cheap offer price as you did in early April or offer existing customers a discount on bulk orders?
  • Hi Everyone
Well..... we sent a PM to SYP and sadly yet some 3 days later no reply from them, and nearly one month on since the failed collections no reply to any emails and the charge back has been won but sadly SYP have yet to place funds in there paypal account so to date we are out of pocket.
Of course the rare and sad circumstances surrounding SYP are naturally out of anyones control, however, there is no justification since the 2nd May and numerous polite and respectful emails simply requesting a refund to be treat this way.
Come on SYP, this is not good, not right and very very poor service indeed, you where kind enough to talk the talk and take our money, please, now after all the requests walk the walk and do the right thing and refund us - PLEASE!
    Regards
    Nick Johnson
