I had a collection today for one of the parcels. I asked the driver but he only had details for one. Strange as I re-booked for two parcels and received two automated responses!!
Still no answer to my e-mails from ITD and I can't keep waiting, think I'll ask for a refund and book with PPD.
I'm sure I'll get a Neg from my ebay customer!!0 -

P.S : I know some of our customers are regular posters on this board, and I would like to thank you for your support. Unfortunately we will be cutting back our services in a weeks time, as we have been offering this on a trial basis. We have identified the key aspects of our service we need to work on, this includes the booking system and our response time to customer queries and problems.
We hope to return fully by the end of this month, using the same couriers at the same or almost identical prices with a much improved back end system (Including an instant tracking number shown after booking). We are also exploring alternative couriers and international shipping options, however we do this officially with the couriers (unlike quite a lot of other "gone in a month" couriers on eBay, so this may take a couple of weeks.

We've used all the others (PayPerDrop, AndiezDealz, No-Re5erve & Selective2007) & yourself from day one in early April (with this User ID & another 4 User ID's), with your company being the most professional & reliable
I presume it was Kevin (Selective2007) that reported you for your 'booking link'.
Well how about reporting Kevin to eBay for his multiple listings when your only allowed 15 in the same catergory.
Also one you have the resources to cope, I would try & lower your price a little maybe back to £4.40 or less & blow the rest off eBay
Tip: Place 1 listing (10 day format) of each service, every day & within 10 days you'll have a complete coverage across that eBay catergory
The Neg you currently have, report them for false contact info & eBay will remove it.0 -

Do you know if they only use Parcelforce?The confirmation I found in my junk mail only showed a 4 number order and no pick up date.I had in the past had a confirmation number and providing it was Parcelforce they would take it in at the local depot so I WOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT IN ALL DAY.

A search on the fax number does give the Wales address.The 01554 number currently is a dead line 05.55.Blast!!
I know it can be frustrating when you are paying 10p per minute and put on hold.

Just a quick update the alternative number to ITDUK in my last post is no good.Deadline or not reconised.Wish to apologise to all members.
Some members have commented on the service offered by Payperdrop and I
have been happy using them in the past(until the cheaper ones came along).
I had a little live chat with Anna at the company this morning, because I was
a concerned of the one delivery attempt they have in their adverts........
me-I see your service only offers one delivery.
Anna-No, we can do up to 3 attempts at no extra charge,however DHL will only keep the parcel for one week if not collected.(expect further charges)
She has taken on board what I have said and will pass it to the bosses.

Bear in mind they also have a 10am cut off time to get your bookings in for
same day delivery.Some of the others are either 8am or the night before.
A bargain at £5.99 if it lasts.Let's hope more competition comes in to at least keep the prices stable.Instant confirmation too.0 -
Just to let you know my parcel was picked up by Parcel Force today. Seems ITDUK are fine.

We aim to reply to urgent emails within 5 working hours, however if for any reason you have a failed collection please complete the form by visiting the link below. You can choose a full refund or a free recollection using the fastest 24 hour service.

Our working hours are 10am - 5pm Monday - Friday, we are a professional business trading from an office (we do not work from home), so our opening times and staffing levels are fixed. Please do not expect or demand a response during the evening.

We plan on relaunching telephone support and significantly reducing the time taken to answer emails by the end of this week, as we have hired a number of additional staff. If you recently received an email from eBay stating our listings were removed due to inappropriate links, please note this is an error made by eBay (they did not understand the reason for our booking form link, as eBay do not ever look at anything properly). The listings have been restored and will show up within a few hours maximum if not already showing already.
Now used both PPD and ITDUK and not had a problem with either of them.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

Again I don't want to knock ITDUK just yet,but I didn't get a collection,a reply to at least six emails(automated return yes),over three days,or have I got a refund yet after applying on their form for one.
Should I go for an enquiry at Paypal?

We planned to temporarily take our services down until the end of this month a week today, so that we could improve the areas in which we are lacking (Such as customer support). However, unfortunately something went horribly wrong with our booking server last night and all the records for the last week have been lost. This means we are now refunding people for todays collections.
We are not implying or ruling out deliberate sabotage.
As a result of this, we have pulled the trial today (a week early). We still hope to relaunch using the same couriers and a much improved system late may.
Some of the people buying our services are truly horrible, and I have lost patience with anyone who emails us swearing or with threats included. If any of our customers acting in this manner are reading this, then be prepared for an email back from me personally in much the same tone.
Thanks to our loyal customers, and we hope this will not prevent you from trying our new relaunched service at the end of this month.0 -

Welcome to the forum.I am always happy to chat with others helping me save money.
I need to clarify one point with you....I never put any swearing or threatning
in any of my emails.
One of my questions were to do with Parcelforce.If a confirmation comes after payment, will it show the tracking number(so that I can put that on the parcel and can I take the parcel straight to the depot(with the email),so that there is no need to wait in all day?
Do you also use other couriers?
I am truly sorry that Ebay had taken your sales off for a short ,caused
it would appear by their mess up.Thankfully your back, but I guess you will now be given the iron rod treatment by alot people.
The point is hoping that as more of you guys come on board with these cracking deals,it forces the other competion to hopefully lower their prices
to a level that is sustainable,without lowering the service experience and
of course running it by the book to satify all the authorites watching.
I commend you for your honesty and hope that you will continue getting stronger and stronger in your business enterprise.Hats off to you.
Last point,Selective 2007 has got some bad press on here and his feedback now is becoming a joke.He also came onto MSE to explain the problems he had experienced over Christmas.Some members,including myself were happy I guess in listening what he had to say and even kept using him.
Now he hasn't even the guts to reply to emails anymore or explain his past
lost parcels and money taking errors.
I like your email to customers explaining Selective.Nice touch.
If you do find yourself in his position ,it would be nice to come and say hello.
I sure this forum maybe a benefit to your business or on the other hand could work against you.Either way I'm not sure that you can post any deals yourself,but let's leave that to the mods and bosses on here to decide.
