            UPDATE:
ITDISTRIBUTIONUK - also trading as SYP as many of you know have owed us money for over a month, many excuses, many lousy promises too, although they say there coming back - check out this link:

No longer accepting paypal (probably as they have taken our money and run - as well as endless others too).
This item is being sold due to the unfortunate recent collapse of our business.
Check it out folks, and sadly to date we have had no reply or response. Sadly as we can take action against the director if the company is limited we can no longer discuss the money owed to us as we will be requesting a CCJ and warrant of execution, and if the owner is not a director even better!
We can say this and Im sure many will agree, tell your freinds and other members to buy with caution, this company is going bang an pushing options such as postal orders, cheques and other 'non' secure payment methods it isnt hard to put two and two together to get four.

Don't you have to go to court first? The money, Dave...0

Nick, probably best not to respond any further to avoid prejudicing your legal action & please don't rise to the bait of DB above, here's what he thinks about winging customers in another thread (for an admittedly smaller amount of money).Dave_Brooker wrote: »Any company which deals with petty minded idiots in a robust way gets my business.
 Well done JPR!
Shame on you OP for trying to damage a company's reputation like this..

Nick, you need to read messages more carefully. Your threats have absolutely no meaning to us - especially the nasty one sent via eBay.
As I mentioned, we have sent out a cheque. This was sent yesterday (Saturday) and will be with you by Tuesday.
I admit it was our fault that we overlooked your refund. However there is no need for this whatsoever.
Making damaging comments such as "probably as they have taken our money and run - as well as endless others too", especially considering this is simply not true, may very well rebound back at you.
I admit that there was some delay with some refunds, however the vast majority of people have been refunded. I estimate that no more than 5 customers are awaiting a refund, and this is due to a complex situation surrounding Nochex.0

Whatever your opinion on Dave Brooker, you can surely see that he makes a valid point. In order to get a CCJ, you have to go to court and win! You can't just get a CCJ issued when you feel like it. Court proceedings need to take place first. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

            Hi Everyone
First of all, SYP, the comments we make following numerous emails in our mind are valid and fair, we didnt ask you for anything other than the service you offered, and sadly as this was not available we requested a refund, we emailed you 6 times, sent a PM to get no reply and as soon as we express our major concern you respond, you may know this already, many customers are happy to be patient but over a month with no response is not acceptable so of course when we see other listings pushing for 'non' secure payment methods we are going to tell the forum and express our concerns and rightly so.
With resprect to CCJ action and further action, as we of course are a business we understand the leality of such claims and it would of course be the courts decision to go in our favour, however, this is simple, we have paid for goods which have not been received or a service in this case, we have requested a refund on 6 occasions, all emails were fair and asking SYP to communicate, would a court think after numerous emails and pushing for a conclusion that is unreasonable to seek a CCJ, maybe, maybe not however, if SYP has forwarded a cheque then hopefully this wont be a step we will after take and may I add, a step we dont want to take, but no company weither small, big or indifferant would accept this lack of service and communication.

It is now the 11/06/2007 and of course no cheque, no refund, and as always - lots of lies - so would I recommend them, no, would I trust them to refund, no, do they deserve what there getting, yes.
