One of the things that I sometimes do with leftover pork is make a biriani with it just for a change as I find I get fed up making chinese style things with pork. Works just as well with leftover chicken0

There's an earlier thread with lots of ideas on using up pork so I've added your thread to it to keep the replies together.

Yes you can reheat it once with no problem.
I would freeze it as a lump and then take it out to defrost and reheat it in some gravy when you need it.Piglet

You can plate up a meal's worth of meat, cover it in gravy to stop it drying out and then re-heat when needed. When the family were at home I used to do this. I bought the largest joint I could afford as I thought that the larger the joint the less shrinkage in cooking. It saved the remains disappearing by snacking snacking and gave me a ready meal - or three!0

Hi jcr16,
I hope you're feeling better now. Yes you can reheat roast pork once after cooking. It freezes well too. There's an earlier thread with lots of ideas for using it up so I've added your thread to it to keep the suggestions together.
These threads may give you ideas for the other meats:
