    Hi everyone!

Well I'm back after my 'holiday' in Spain (OH playing at a festival so not exactly relaxing!).The heat was an absolute killer!!

Anyway I went away feeling quite smug with not many symptoms, and came back feeling vile.. constantly shattered... 24/7 nausea.. I'm having to snack constantly to try and keep the sickness at bay. At least it is hopefully a sign of a good strong pregnancy. I'm just dreading going back to work on Tuesday, as I am on the road so not like I can pop to the toilet whenever I need to!

I also started to panic slightly when I got home & back to reality.. it has really hit me how much work we have taken on with a house to renovate, no cash to speak of & LO due in April... eeek!!

Anyway congratulations to everyone who has had their scans with positive results! :) I'm still waiting for my MW appointment which is 12th September before I get a scan date..

Well I had my first night 'proper' night out whilst pg last night - it was a hen do so I'd told a couple of the girls (incl the bride) so they didnt get suspicious when I wasnt drinking - as they know that I like a good few wines on a night out!! Luckily, I didnt know many of the other girls, so I just told them I didnt drink full stop - and they all believed me. I must look very respectable these days!! Haha!
Blummin tired today though - really enjoyed being out but I've had to have an afternoon snooze today to recover. I've got the wedding soon - will hopefully find some more energy by then!!
  • Hi girls,

Hi all, havent been on in ages, struggling for time at the moment. Had my private scan the other week, they dated me 7w4days and heartbeat seen. Took her a while to find it which after the miscarriage was terrifying. So relieved. NHS scan is 6th September when I'll be around 11 weeks I think, although hospital think ill be 13 weeks. Sickness is still around morning and evening which I'm taking as a good sign :) xxx

    Morning Ladies.

Tentatively stepping in as I got my long awaited BFP on 24th. Lines have been getting darker since and yesterday as digi confirmed it.

I am currently 10dp3dt (10 days past a 3 day embryo transfer) This was our 2nd IVF. The last one worked but I m/c at 5+4 so I am very nervous. The lines didn't get darker last time and we tested positive 2 days earlier this time so we're praying for a sticky one. We've been TTC for 4 years now and this will be our first child.

I see a few names I recognise from the various TTC threads from over the years. Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Our Due date will be 07 May 2014.

    SK x
After 4 years of heartache, 3 rounds of IVF and 1 loss :A - we are finally expecting our miracle Ki11en - May 2014 :j

And a VERY surprise miracle in March 2017!
