Has anyone else bloated up like a balloon? I feel so flubby at the moment and it isn't as though I've enjoyed loads of cream cakes to warrant it!
Definitely getting that hard feeling below the belly button I always get this early on for some reason0 -

P.s. Have you tried one of the maternity sleep bras/crop tops to sleep in?
Good luck today Faith and Ttc39, and how you get sorted kynthia

Thanks for all your good wishes. Back from hospital now and pleased to say everything was fine. Baby was jumping about and sucking its thumb
Really, really happy. I'm dated at 12+1 so I suppose that means I need to say Bye for now to all you lovely ladies and hope to see you soon on the next thread.

Congratulations Faithhope!
So glad you got good news - have fun on the other board.
Apparently I've been rumbled at work in that some people have guessed that I'm expecting, they don't know for sure as the Head Sec who does know didn't tell them but she warned me that she'd been asked.
I guess they can feel good in a couple of weeks that 'they knew' when hopefully we get a good scan and can tell more people.
I'm still waiting for news on my second set of pee tests, you'd think that if they thought there might be a problem they'd speed it along but no such luck. Thankfully it 'just' bacteria this time which can be treated and not white blood cells.
Been in bed at 9pm for the last few days, poor DH doesn't get to see me much anymore. As for cooking a decent meal - pah - by the time I've made it I can't eat it!
Hope everyone is okCurrently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

Hi all
I know I shouldn't be posting on here but thought I'd let u know how I got on, was at hospital for 4 hours.
Sac has grown by 2 mm since sat - prob just due to hormones as still nothing visible.
By my dates I should be 8 weeks .
Because the NHs was 1 st scan today they won't decide until I have rescan on the 29th ! So waiting begins but not really any hope.
Sac size she said would date me at 5 and 4 but I am 99 percent sure my dates were correct.
She said if I lost it 3 weeks ago she would ve expected me to have bled by now.
So totally in limbo

Faith: Congratulations on your lovely news
Sml: 9pm bedtimes for me too atm!
TTC: Sometimes the NHS systems work slowly, but in this case they're probably right to do so. They want to be totally sure before they do anything irreversible. I know that doesn't help your sense of limbo at all, and it must be horrible still feeling pregnant, but pretty certain that you're notMortgage when started: £330,995

TTC, it took me 5 weeks to start bleeding with my miscarriage so trust the dates you have. The NHS are slow and unfortunately they deal with so many that anything under 12 weeks is just normal to them and you can end up feeling a bit abandoned and neuroticCurrently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

Faith that's fantastic news! Very happy for you.
Ttc39 I get why they don't want to do anything irreversible like Lannie duck says, but at the same time I agree with sml save. There is no definite that you would bleed within 3 weeks, I didn't.
At 8 weeks there should be a heart beat & baby to see.
If you don't mind me asking but have you even bd since you got pregnant at a time that would allow you to be 5+4? Because if not & you know your dates 100% I'd be pushing to get it looked at sooner. Plus you had your bfp earlier than that, it just doesn't make sense you would have had to have miscarried that & got pregnsnt again in the space of a couple of weeks? Not trying to be a Debbie downer just wishing it wasn't being dragged out for you.0
