Squ1rrel, I'm a 36GG pre pregnancy and although my boobs are tender, I don't think they have grown much. They've gone hard though like I have implants (or at least I assume that's how they'd feel!). I'm 7+5.

Fingers crossed the next 9 days go fast for you and the scan is all good Xx

Yeah it's true that your boobs don't increase as much if they're bigger to begin with although I've already gone up a cup size to 34GG. Hope they don't get any bigger :eek:

Also if you're heavier than you should be you might not put on as much weight. With DD1 when I was pretty slim, I put on 2st but with DD2 I was heavier and I only put on 1st. I lost the weight pretty quickly too. Only problem was that I needed to lose another couple of stone apart from the baby weight, which of course I can't do now

I just let a lady with a 'baby on board' badge take the free seat I'd been going for. I can't wear one on the district line yet as I too often see people from work.

Squ1rrel - I don't know if everyone's boobs get bigger, mine so far are just sore. Are you having an early scan for any particular reason? I'm really tempted to get one at 8 weeks so that I can then tell my mum the good news.

6+4 today, time feels like it's going backwards!!!!

My belly feels massive today! I'm not putting on any weight (well, maybe about a pound?) but my stomach is just growing out of control- would like to think it's all bump but its more like bloat! I've had to ask my friends who've recently shrunk from size 14s to 10/12s for their size 14s that no longer fit so I'll have something to wear before I have to graduate into maternity wear which just feels a little silly ATM.

I'm another one for whom time is dragging. Just wish it was Monday already!

Actually no it doesn't I have conceived at a variety of weights (7.5 stone to 12.5 stone) and gained around 3-3.5 stone with most of them.. 2 I gained over 5 stone!!!

As for boobs.. I usually increase about 2-3 cups sizes every time. regardless of whether I was a C cup or an F cup.. I still went up that 2-3 cup sizes!! I know people who were barely an A cup who got to the point where they filled that same A cup by the time their baby arrived.. and my friend went from an H cup to an L with her 3rd!!! Whatever the size of your boobs has no bearing on whether or not you can breastfeed either so for those less abundant on top.. don't worry about it!

Every pregnancy is different it is not as cut and dried as 'large people gain less weight'.. it doesn't work like that at all.
