    Morning Ladies,
this time next week i'll be at my scan appointment, eeek! cautiously optimistic as i'm still having symptoms, including the old constipation coming back which i don't appreciate lol oh and a migraine yesterday, which was fantastic in this weather
and also a brand new unusual one - when i lie on my left hand side i get a line of pain from my hip to my thigh. helpful, as i always lie on a side when i'm asleep and i woke up on that side and it's still sore now :(
i whinge but i'm grateful for them really, i know i'd be freaking out if it all went away

samtoby hope the midwife can give you some reassurance

Best wishes for those who have scans coming up. Mine still seems a long time off - another 5 weeks!

Samtoby - As you say it is probably the bleed dispersing and leaving. It's still horrible to have any bleeding though as its such a worry. Hope they can out your mind at rest quickly.

AFM - Feeling sick which is good. I hate nausea but it does give a little bit of reassurance. I agree about the heat. It's awful, just too hot, was up at 33. My neighbours have a swimming pool. Wonder if they'd notice if I sneaked in while they were out at work? :D

    Hi birdie,
Have added me to the list - although no scan date yet.

Had a pretty rubbish weekend - just couldn't shake the nausea. Eating helps get rid of it but I can't face eating so forcing food down as much as possible. We're at a festival next weekend - booked ages ago - and getting a little worried about coping with it. Luckily we're not camping, we're staying at a house close by but don't want to be a total killjoy.

Like TeamLowe and faithhope, I feel bad whinging cos at least its a sign that I'm still pg. Feel so bad for Cherry - it makes it all feel so much more special and fragile.

    Take care everyone

I don't really feel anything at all and had energy to tidy the flat and play badminton with OH in the park yesterday, very strange...

Was so hot Sat night and last night, I had to sleep hugging a 2 litre bottle of water from the fridge!

Still need to go to see the nurse at the GP surgery, will try to go this week

The lump in my lower right hand side has grown and is more in the middle now, it's very pronounced in the mornings when I wake up...

In recent years I've been feeling that time flies past so much that I don't know where it has gone - well I've just found a solution to stop time. Get pregnant!

I have never known time to go so slow!!! I am only 3 or 4 weeks or something like that but it feels like a lifetime! My early scan is in 9 days but again it feels like ages away!!

I dont really have any real symptoms at the moment either so I dont even feel pg (I am, I have done millions of tests) - I had so much nausea last week but I think that was down to nerves and the shock of finding out more than the actual pg! Don't like food at the moment though - I usually love all sorts of food but nothing appeals at the moment.

Just want it to be next week already!! :D

in reply to the ladies who've discovered their boobs have grown, this is one thing that I'm panicking about!!

Before I got pg my boobs were already size 34H and a nightmare to find bras that fit so if they grow any bigger, I'll have to be getting my bras specially made!! I'm bridesmaid for my friend in two months - I can just about squeeze my boobs into the dress now so I'm dreading trying to fit into it when the time comes!!
I havent told my friend yet either - just waiting for the right time to break it to her that I might not fit in the dress!! I've already swapped it for a smaller size due to weight loss - might have to get the bigger one back, oops!! :rotfl:

Squirrel i've been told by other ladies that have big boobs that theirs didn't actually grow that much, seems to be smaller chested ladies who's bazongas go up ridiculously lol also your rib cage is supposed to get bigger to give baby room, so hopefully your back size will go up making bra buying easier, i'm a 38H and don't have too much trouble ordering online. And maternity bras are fitted differently to normal bras - they have six rather than three columns of clasps and you start at the tightest and loosen them as you get bigger, so there's a lot more give in them

Time goes ridiculously slowly, and i thought the 2ww was bad, this 8ww is ten times worse!

It's not that I've gone off chocolate, but i've definitely gone on to sweets. i think i must be having a hummingbird, not a baby.

Last night my hips were so sore! could only describe it as it felt like i was wearing really tight legged kickers, hope i'm not starting with SPD this early

I could feel a bump when i was lied down this morning, maybe my uterus has popped up and it's not just bloat any more :) x
