Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. I had a good day in the end! My auntie bought me some really strong coffee :rotfl: - hubby is going to have to take that off my hands! I've found that salt and vinegar crisps seem to help with the nausea but I'm going to give ginger biscuits a go too. Really looking forward to the weekend now so I can have a proper good sleep!
Congratulations to all the newcomers! :T0 -

Hungrykitty, I agree with you on the salt & vinegar crisps (altho craved ready salted for a few weeks too) but ginger biscuits (which I normally love) are too buttery or something to me now! Now rich tea biscuits...that's the ticketI got smoothie tubes to freeze too, cos I couldn't stomach fruit or veg for a while there!

gaviscon, rennies, tums.. reducing carb heavy foods like bread etc seems to help too.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

oooh good luck for the scan BigZ!
Speaking of which, for anyone thinking of using thisismy for an early reassurance scan (which I would very much recommend as the woman was great), if you was thinking of having more than one then i just thought i'd say i've just received a customer satisfaction survey and if you complete it you get ten pound off your next visit, and money off is always goodx

went this morning for my scan at the early pregnancy unit and was told they were really sorry but my doctor made a mistake referring me, because I'm only 5 weeks but I have to be 6 weeks for them to see anything. frustrating!0
