    Hi! I'm due around 20.10.13

Had an antenatal appt at diabetes clinic today but was really more diabetes related than baby related. Shame as I was hoping for some reassurance as I've previously had 2 mcs.

I'm due October 10th and I'm 7 weeks 6 days - gosh this could be a very hard list for someone to keep!

I'm feeling waves of nauseau today but it's still hard to tell whether it's IBS or pregnancy. Feeling sicky when I wake up is new tho.

I suffer with ibs too and was wondering if my nausea was down to that too, but I am having the same issue with feeling sick first thing which I've never had before (love a lie in!) I can't stay in bed if I wake up I feel really sicky and don't feel better till I've stood up and had a glass of water.
I've been taking pregnacare plus before bed, maybe it's that. Do you take supplements in the evening too?

I personally take supplements in the morning as I think they're best taken with food so some of the nutrients are taken in with the right foods.

  • I take mine at night as they make me feel really ill if I take them during the day. This way I can mostly sleep through the nausea. Its what the mw recommend to me last time as I was really sick all the time and worried o wasn't keeping enough folic acid down!

Pigpen did he cotton on? Hope you're feeling loads better for having it out in the open now :-)

Eta - thanks for the new thread neneromanova :-)

  • Hello ladies. I'm now 5+2. Every second I am awake I am panicking! Almost waiting for it all to go horribly wrong again. Was brave and called midwife yesterday - booking appt 15 march. Midwife was lovely - I blame 3 horribly negative midwives for causing me stress and then the mc. Anyone else had a similar experience? Also, can I be added to the list? Due 28.10.13 xx

Ooh, I do like a nice new shiney thread! Can I be added to list please, due 19/09/13...scan on 8th March.

Having a really rubbish day, nothing is shifting the nausea and I am so tired. And if one more person tells me this stage will pass soon, and it'll all be worth it in the end, I may hit them! I know they mean well, but when I'm so exhausted I'm in tears, they really aren't helping!

Eta-neneromanova, your signature made me giggle, you have squirt due in 3013, that's a very very long pregnancy lol!

Do Pregnacare contain iron? My midwife said that sometimes iron supplements can actually cause nausea and told me to get ones minus iron until the nausea passed?

Had a little nap but I still feel so tired :(
