Welcome! It's usually dated from the first day of your last period, so 13 April. So I think that makes you 4w5d.

Just had a call from Doctors surgery and they said my urine sample came back showing infection. She didnt tell me anything else (like what type of infection) and said I need to go in to get antibiotics. Still no idea about blood tests yet either!

Put me in a sour mood now. Not sure what to think now :-(

Sorry for spelling errors, sent from my phone.

Hugs Lippy. Hopefully the doctor will be more helpful.

Welcome Goppers. Put your info into a due date calc and it will work it out for you. Bare in mind that you didn't ovulate when the calculators will think so you're actually a few days behind. LMP puts you at 4+5 where as you are actually 4+0.

Cpoir - Keeping my fingers crossed for you today xx

lippy I had a UTI detected after my first visit to the midwives.

They're really common, and a course of anti-b's will have it cleared up in a week.

Kscarlet - I'm pretty nervous too. Somedays it seems real and others feel like its a dream and not really happening. But I'm sure when I see it infront on me on the scan it will all seem real :)

Thanks for this post MV. Just looked it up as I have never heard of that before. Apparently you can have it with no symptoms so hopefully it's just that and will be cleared up. I still don't know why she wouldn't tell me what it was over the phone. Will find out later tonight hopefully.

Still don't know why my blood tests are taking so long
And to top it off, I have a cold coming along! Feeling so pants it's almost laughable.

    Rant over :)

Somedays I feel like 'Am i actually pregnant or did I imagine it?!' Lol I think as we were trying for so long I never thought it would happen. Part of me is looking forward to seeing baby/ telling everyone (it's been so hard keeping things quiet with random cravings/ sickness and the bump I have already!) part of me anxious just incase...

Hubby reckons I'm going to be dated further along as he thinks baby feels bigger than a plum or whatever size it's meant to be. I'm sure its probably all the other stuff like placenta etc making it feel big.

    Hope everyone is ok xx

:( Not what I was hoping for really...hcg has increased from 214 to 301 :( Doc said it could be very early or a sign of a pregnancy outside of the uterus! Great  Examination showed my cervix to be closed and no pain so I have to go back on Saturday.

I've read loads of bad news stories in these circumstances but I have also read of one or two success stories so for now I'm going to assume it could go either way...
