Virgin Lobster mobile phone with built in DAB and TV

DAB reception is poor/unreliable on any mobile portable device in most areas of the UK. This is because the BBC etc have so far only designed a system that works well on car radios or on a large static portable radio with a long aerial. So don't get too high expectations of DAB on a mobile unless you only plan to use it in an area with an excellent signal (there is a postcode checker at http://www.bbc.co.uk/digitalradio/listen/postcode.shtml and a portable gadget is only going to get good results if it says "STATIONS YOU ARE VERY LIKELY TO RECEIVE" for your postcode[SIZE=-1])

order placed. phone will be sent tomorrow. will now need to find a place to hide it, so that he doesnt see it until the big day.

i think his eyes will be glued on the screen and he will be too busy playing with it to notice how the phone actually looks. lol.

I will be surprised it i cant get it......coz i live on top of a hill, in a town near london. :rotfl:

pros: excellent reception for everything.

cons: My bin gets blown away whenever its windy.
