We don't have those either, sunbeam.
Do you have any more pointless attempts at jibes or have you run out?0 -
Just invest in one of those mimic pound coins and keep it on your keyring.DEBTFREE AND PROUD!!0

I used to be trolley depot technician and a pregnant lady stole all 59 1/2 of my trolleys.
I was never the same after that day0 -
I love a 'good' snark on a forum, me.
You know, when they're clearly damaged, maybe a pregnant woman has stolen a trolley from them before or maybe they just have nothing better to do because they're naturally obnoxious.
It is a customer service issue. Not even being directed to a cashpoint and offered a trolley token or change at customer services is appalling customer service, whether she was pregnant or not. Fact.
Perhaps they assume their customers don't require spoonfeeding. Clearly some of them do.0 -

Absolutely some customers do. Some simply forget like the OP and need a bit of support, some don't know the area and don't know they need a pound or where the cashpoints are, some have additional needs.
But to hell in a handcart with them, yeah?0 -

It's pretty obvious it's been a downward spiral for you, to be honest.
I hope things get better soon *hugs*0 -

But the OP knew she needed a pound and was obviously at her local shop since not many people drive miles to do a £100+ shop at a supermarket. I think very large mountains are being made out of very small molehills on this one.0 -

"Excuse me I haven't got a pound for the trolley"
"Cash points thata way"
Mind readers as well as helpful.
Top notch customer service skills :T0 -

Happy birthday. :bdaycake:
Any time, flower.
It's not my birthday though, but that's sweet.
Much love.0
