    Good evening everyone,

Busy day for me today, had 2 LOs and an older one here - so that kept me going!!!
Did do 2 loads of washing, which i hung up outside, and then had to pick it back in when the heavens opened!!! Most of it is dry tho, the rest i can put away tomorrow. I cleaned the bathroo and toilets, and both of the childrens rooms are still looking good. I wiped down the whole kitchen, and also made HM pizza for dinner (very nice it was too!!!) All the dishes are ready in the DW, will put it on after breakfast tomorrow.
I also took some bits down to the charity shop, and got some cheques paid into the bank.

Still to do, is hoover round the whole house, and a huge pile of paperwork that needs sorting - but they are my weekend jobs this week. I also have loads of stuff i need to decide whether to bin/charity shop/ebay - that will help clear my room a bit more!!!
Right now, im watching American Idol, and im going to go and check out the comp board, to see if i can be lucky again!!!
Hope everyone has a lovely evening xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Hi everyone

Blimey you have all been so busy this week I am really impressed. I seem not only to have fallen off the wagon but I think it has got lost somewhere in this tip with the wheels well and truly off.

I've been feeling really sorry for myself and almost in dispair at what needs doing round here and then I look at what some of you are all coping with and applaud you all. I daren't list everything that needs doing as I would be sat here for hours. Plus I have loads of non flying things that need/have to get done.

Been at w**k yesterday and today and whilst it was non stop we had a good laugh plus DD got the 'Golden Time Certificate' at school today so feel very proud of her :)

Will take a deep breath and resolve to start over again next week.

AnWsMum - Next weeks only a few days away, don't panic, the wagons wobbly sometimes but you'll soon find the tools to get those wheels back on. Well done to your DD too :)

Shirley, sounds like works been chaos, well done for hanging in there, might be a good idea with 'flying' adapted for work.

Catowen with so many LOs to look after don't know how you manage to get so much done, well done! Hope you have had a nice evening too :)

Edited as crossed posts, well done Michelle, I'm sat here thinking CRIKEY!!

Also now extremely stressed, puppy had got rid off cough, not coughed for what must be 2 weeks now, jab booked in next week, she's just started it again :( I really hope this doesn't stay another 5-6 weeks or we won't be able to go on holiday!
One day I might be more organised...........

Well done aimeelister on the job. Had to laugh at the desperate housewives comment as i had only thought that myself the other day. :rotfl:

Well, after catching up, you have mostly been productive, and if you haven't,oh well -it will be next week soon enough. :D

lil-me i'm sure we are away at the same time, which is 5 weeks tomorrow(18/06). Our cats have been booked into the cattery for ages as we really struggled to get them in last year, so i forced myself to book really early this year, and did it in february. I hope the pups cough isn't as bad as before. They are more worry than kids aren't they. I've been following one of our boys round all day after standing on him the other day, and also to see how much he is weeing to see if his water infection is back.

Think i am going to all it a night or i won't be able to concentrate tomorrow. Best go and lay our clothes out now though and find a bag, or i will go into stress mode tomorrow.

lil_me - i do a lot of playing, and a lot of running around in a spare 5 minutes when the LOs are asleep, or eating!!!! Sometimes i look on here in the afternoon, and feel like ive done nothing (because i have done nothing!!) and then at the end of the day, when everyone has gone home and we have had our dinner, thats when i get lots done - or sometimes (like with the bathroom) i try and do it before the LOs get here, or i will do a little bit when i know the LOs arnt going to get into any bother!!!

Michelle we're away 11th to 15th of June, well maybe a day extra if I get my own way as I want to go back to Chester Zoo, ok it's a fair distance from Blackpool but we're closer to it when we are in Blackpool than we are at home! We had 2 hours in there last year as got there so late, didn't get to see it all, loads of the animals were already being put away or were away, just want to go back and see the rest.

Puppy has coughed 7 times in last 30 minutes :( Oh no! She needs to have the jab before the last week in May. I have a feeling this may be coming from more locally, there are 5 dogs kenneled in a house a few doors down, but the garden is almost next to mine, thinking back to when she started was when they moved in. She's going to need this jab asap if that is the case or she's just going to keep catching it.

Catowen, what you posted reminds me of when my boys were small, 2 year old and a tiny one, everything revolved around nap times and food times. Saying that hasn't changed much apart from try to get something done when they are at school and they don't have naps.

    Morning!!
Just had a quick catch up on yesterday's posts, well done aimeelister on the new job and well done everyone else for crossing those lists - especially new folks.

Well, my afternoon off work yesterday was spent wisely and with much reward.. I slept on the sofa for 3 hours and then read half a novel. I also had an early night and slept another ten hours! Tonsils back to normal, temperature down and the house is a tip. I'm not going to go crackers though. I think a general tidy up in 15 min bursts is a good plan for today.

Have a lovely day and I hope the sun comes out somewhere in Flylady Land.

PS this is my favourite thread too! Thanks folks.

I have a huge list of things that need doing around the house / garden etc, but I look at it once a week and pick a few things and add them to my list on here. Slowly my master to do list is getting smaller but without me feeling overwhelmed at the size of it.
