Babies. You think you've got it sussed then they go and change everything.
*NB. not in a putting-a-pet-to-sleep way. That would be wrong.
Love the clarification :rotfl:
We took eilis swimming this weekend and i had her in a rubber ring seat thing and I said to my husband that I was going to take her out of it and "dunk her in" - you should have seen the look of horror on his face, I only meant up to her shoulders! My Debt Free Diary

I always found the changing nap times annoying, fluff.
At the moment little miss is sleeping in the buggy when we go to get Squeak at lunchtime, Which is never long enough or Squeak disturbs her so she's cranky until bedtime, but when we are at home all day she'll sometimes happily go back to bed at 9.30am  and other days it's after lunch or not at all. Driving me slightly batty
Whilst I type Squeak has fallen asleep on the sofa :rotfl: first day back obviously tired her out!
Cake how is LO this morning?
Claree, I love that :rotfl:
If I ask OH to change little miss he tends to say no I like her how she is (please read as 'I don't fancy changing a nappy it can wait for you!', in case anyone was thinking awww how sweet) He is pretty good in lots of other ways though so I can live with all the bum changes being saved for me

I feel your pain fluff, George's naps are all over the shop at the moment. Before he was poorly he was comfortably going from wake up at 7 to 1-2pm and having a couple of hours but now it seems some mornings he just can't keep his eyes open past 10.
Delain my OH is the same, he'll do wet nappies sometimes but it's easier to do poopy ones myself rather than listen to the moans as he gets ready to do it and the overdramatic gagging and choking as he actually does it! Big girls blouse that he is. It's only poop.Newborn thread member

In all fairness my OH probably does more poo nappies than me! Usually because i'm doing some form of housework though. But he's very good with Charlie, we tend to do everything 50/50.
Hope everyone is well and lo's are sleeping ok with all the noisy fireworks!! xDFD February 2012

Delain, Mollie is absolutely fine today. No redness or even a tiny sign that anything happened. Thank you for asking x:j:T Gorgeous twin girls born 1st Nov 2012 :T:j0

Yeah, this is what I'm hoping Freddie's shifting to. George is a little older so I'm guessing this is the direction Freddie's going. But then G's been waking up in the night again. Madness isn't it? Freddie's been sleeping through the night for about a month now. If he goes back to waking frequently I bet it will be worse than before now that I've got used to having uninterrupted sleep."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
Evening all
Cake, glad Mollie is OK today - must have been terrifying
MV, I'm very jealous of your cleaner! Every now and then I suggest getting one, and my OH will reply 'it's a waste of money - I'll do it!'. And then he doesn't, of course
My LO was awake and raring to go at 4.15 this morning - please can we have British Summer Time back?...She's got two nap schedules at the moment - one for the nursery and one for home. Nursery = roughly 12.15 - 2, and at home 11 - 12.30/1. But at night she's all over the place at the moment thanks to teething, poor little thing
Hope everyone's had a good day - really cold here! x0 -

'Fraid so. G slept through consistently for a good few months then we went on holiday in the summer and BOOM it all went to !!!!!!. He goes straight off when we lie him down (usually) so it could be worse. But its so frustrating being disturbed when there really doesn't seem to be a reason for it!
And Nutella I am totally with you on BST. GMT sucks when you've got a toddler! Hope your LO's teeth get through quickly.Newborn thread member

Hi Angelmommy - welcome to the thread and congratulations on your little man!
Hope you're both doing well and that the girls are excited about their little brother.
