Ooooh Nutella, how I long for a haircut and pampering.... a distant dream. I've a kind of shaggy mane (through being too idle to get it cut before T arrived and not organised enough to have it done now he's here) At least not having my hair cut for over a year has saved us some pennies, and it's so long I can easily put it up, so doesn't need washing every day. Your LO sounds very cute chatting to her clothes.
Thanks for the feet stuck advice, he didn't get stuck last night, so hopefully it was a one off, we'll see. I'd rather he learn not to do it, but might get those airwrap bumpers if it happens again.
Can't believe he's nearly 4 months now, it's true they do grow up so quickly don't they?!
Off to a friends son's christening tomorrow, hope you're all having a nice weekend.x0 -

Aww, thanks - I do think she's very cute, but I fear I might be a little biased
I normally have to fit pampering into my lunchbreak at work, which works fine with pedicures and haircuts, but not so well with facials, as I wouldn't want to head back to the office with a greasy face and no make upI desperately needed one though - a year of broken sleep and poor diet is really starting to show, and enough's enough. I also bought some broccoli

I had squeak's hair cut in the early summer and all the gorgeous blonde ringlets disappeared, it's now straight
I've just had it chopped again to her shoulders as it's very fast growing and she doesn't like it brushed. Little miss has got a bob now and at least doesn't look like she's been plugged into the mains anymore... twins have had shortish cuts and DD1 escaped this time
I had mine cut just before the holiday, I hadn't had it cut since squeak was 10 months (she's now 3 ) and it was down almost to my waist  it wasn't in the best condition though. I don't know what to do with it now though, keep it sort of shoulder length or grow it out (but with proper trims otherwise I have a kate bush mop)
Nutella I love baby chatterLittle miss here has been coming out with loads of words since OH hasn't been here, mainly because when he is here she just curls up on him and goes to sleep. Woe betide him if he wants to do anything when he gets home. She's going to stick to him like a limpet!
On the bad news side, Squeak can open the stairgate now. Think I need a new one! Everytime they seem occupied so I sneak off to the loo she seems to notice and come up too, not shutting it behind her so little miss gets up the stairs... Which is what the gate is meant to stop!
Also I started reading SK's The Stand... 2 days ago I'm now 80% of the way through, haven't been able to put it down, been reading till late, and the subject matter of the book and lack of sleep meant I felt rather freaked out when Little miss got a bit sneezy.... That'll teach me a lesson :rotfl:
Hope everyone is well  and welcome Supersaver, sounds like it's been a traumatic time for you!Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

Morning all
Hope everyone is well. We are still having teeth trouble, yesterday all he ate was 3spoons of porridge, a oat bar and a yoghurtalthough this morning he has had a decent bowlful of porridge and a little jelly pot just....off for a swim 9-10 so hoping he builds up an appetite for some lunch!!
Nutella, how lovely your LO chatting away to her pjs! I realised yesterday Aiden can very vaguely attempt to sing wind the bobbin up, wish we had filmed it

Morning all, had a lovely night out last night with a group of the in-laws. Actually had a lovely day out too, seeing one sil's new house followed by a pub lunch in their new local. It was really, really pleasant and followed by a lovely night out and A's first evening in a restaurant... Super proud as she was so good! She dropped off in the car seat on the way home and slept through being transferred into bed right up to half seven this morning :-)
Today is my sister's birthday, feels odd though as can't wish her or anything. Mom has been quite teary this past week as a result which I can understand. We're heading down to the beach today. In many ways I'll be glad when today is over...
Hope you all have a lovely day x0 -
Saf sounds like a lovely day yesterday, perhaps will make today a little easier knowing you've such good family and friends to share A growing up with.
Delain, I don't know how you do it. Looking after 1 is challenging enough for me!
Sorry teeth are still an issue Sunshine did it just make you go aaaah when LO singing to himself.
Nutella ( I always want to type Nuts, but it may come across wrong!), I know, September already! T is 4 months in a few days time, he's a little boy now, my little hairy newborn is a distant memory.x0 -
Hi guys, havent posted in ages! Little man is 8weeks now, I don't know where the time goes and it is so true that they change so quickly, I can barely remember the very early stages. Sorry your little one is teething, my LO really suffered and we had a day or two of hell when he teethed. Take heart that it is completely normal for them to go off their food when they are teething, and they will make it up just fine when they are feeling better.

We recently moved our son to a big bed, and he has been having a hard time adjusting, however we go on holiday tomorrow where they only have big beds so I wanted him to be prepared. Fingers crossed he sleeps well on holiday.
It's typical that just when they are sleeping well, something comes along to screw it up!
Hope everyone had a lovely weekend?
