Wow Nutella thats amazing! Clever girly! G got the cat in his shape sorter yesterday which is a huge improvement on his usual have-one-attempt-then fling-the-whole-thing-to-the-side-in-frustration!

Hot here again, been to a picnic in the local park organised by the children's centres but it was more for older kiddies really. Still G had fun trying to escape me and chuck himself down the bank in to the little river :eek: Wore him out, he fell asleep in the buggy just as we got home and he's still out cold nearly 2 hours later! Although if he sleeps through the ear-bleeding noise that is the ice cream van thats just pulled up outside I'll be amazed. Why are those things so damn loud?!?!?!

I know!! I was just saying to hubby the other day, I swear those things have got louder than ever!!! Stupid things!! :mad:

Grrrrr, don't get me started on ice cream vans! We have one turning up outside LO's bedroom window every evening, and without fail it's always at a critical moment when she's just falling asleep. It's soooooo loud! :mad:

ETA: But at least she's not yet old enough to know what it is - once she discovers that, it'll be even more fun...

We have atleast two a day here . When I was little we had one that came once a week on a Sunday afternoon and didn't have a song, he just beeped his horn. Those were the days

now we only have one or maybe two ice cream van stops a day (1 van) there used to be more... when squeak was tiny i counted 5 in one day once.

and they start in march and continue to October... longer if is still warm :eek:
