Hello!
We're good thanks - looking forward to my parents arriving tonight. First visit in four years as my mum's terrified of flying! I'm off until Thursday now
Currently on the train on my way from work to the nursery to pick up LO.
How are you guys - today's your day off, right?
We are all good thanks. Yep, Fri is my nwd so we did aqua tots and a bit of shopping...think he can finally start to wear his 12-18 stuff soonits all been massive up until.now, but his 9-12 trousers are def a bit shorter now.
Enjoy your time with your family, sounds lovely
Awful day todayseems like all A has done is cry, a real whingy cry. Bright red cheeks and dribbling like crazy so guessing its the pesky teeth. Nurofen didnt touch it today but strangely ashton and parsons calmed him a bit. Didnt get him to bed till 9pm and he has been waking on and off since
he is bunged up now which is standard for him when teething, so have karvoled and put some snuffle babe in a mug of hot water on the floor....fingers crossed. I would say today was our worst day for months and months...he cried at anything, stuff he wouldnt even moan at on a normal day, argh hope these pesky teeth make thier way out asap!!

Ha totally agree, Cosmo and that type of mag just make me feel old now!
Hope A is better today Sunshine. Bloody teeth
We stayed at fils last night so we had G in our room. Meant I slept lightly as he was right next to me (although he was in his travel cot) but when he woke up he popped his little head over the side and was just grinning at me. CutieNewborn thread member

Morning all
Hope you all had an ok night and Aiden is a bit perkier today SunshineTeeth are evil little blighters!
I'm up, baby is not, he done his usual of waking up at 5, laughing and jumping around his cot and then went back to sleep, I couldn't fall back over thoughso he'l probably have a nice long lie now and I'm up! Children who'd have them!
Oh well, coffee and nappy stuffing for medoesn't look to be as nice today weather wise, but it's early yet so here's hoping it perks up so we can get out for a while.

I used to have a baby who slept until 7:30-8:30 most days, now she wakes up between 5-6am and grunts until you get up. What has changed? Is this a known phase? Teething? She's 23weeks / 5 months and a half. I'm exhausted!!! But she's so cute I forget about all this the second she smiles at me
Any advice on portable high chairs? I'm not in a rush, so I don't mind the price, I can wait until one gets on eBay. Mainly to take to restaurants and MIL's. I was thinking the ones that attach to the table look good, I could not get one at home because of the shape of my table, we went for the stokke cherry, which by the way have stopped producing (cherry colour) so had to scour the internet to find stock somewhere!! Anyway, it's great for our living room and she seems to find it comfy, I tried her on the antilop and a standard wooden high chair at different restaurants, but she refused them. That's why I'm considering getting a travel one to take with me if it's comfy.Quit smoking *1st January 2010*

Everything's a phase, marta, and babies do stuff like *this* for a while then they do stuff like *that* for a while. Just when you think you have a particular type of baby, they go and change it all just to freak you out. There are often triggers - teeth, hunger, being more aware of the world, illness - but often there seems to be no reason for it at all.

Do you mean she's got a Tripp Trapp? Have you looked at the similar one in John Lewis that Freddie has?
