I suppose fluff. Itis slightly infuriating that it was 2 hours between the first time he fell asleep and the time I got him to bed though.

LO just took her first 'handsfree' step! :j It was a small step, and she collapsed onto me in a heap (with a big, proud grin on her face), but it was a step nonetheless.

Good day here - I did execute my eyebrows & Mothercare plan to get it over and done with, and am very proud of myself for only buying the five things* I went to get: pyjamas, sunhat, dummies, bath sponges and a new bath foam support thing. Their summer clothes are soooo nice - much better than their usual offerings, but I stayed strong and walked away :D But if she continues to grow at the current rate and we get a nice, warm, long (as if!) summer, then her 18-24 wardrobe won't see us through and I get to go back and spend some more money :)

Katie, glad you and the birthday boy had a good day :D

*Some very cute hairclips may have fallen into my basket at Sainsbury's, but I know I'm not allowed to talk about cute hair accessories on here, so I won't elaborate any further :p

Random piece of information that I just remembered: if anyone else needs sun lotion for little people (or big people, for that matter!), they're half price in Boots at the moment.

I think Waitrose is doing BOGOFs on suncream at the moment.

Katiechoc - glad you had a good day

Fluff - talk of pretty hair clips/bands is not allowed as some of us are not allowed to put them in our little ones hair, obviously Freddie is very lucky as he is an exception. :D

I have a massive lump on my lip that decided to sprout when Noah was in hospital (stress maybe?) I have got salt on it to try and dry it out but holy cr:eek:p it stings! Hope I'm not making it worse!

Why aren't people allowed to put clips in hair? I'm still missing something, aren't I...?

Why are you putting salt on your lip, woman?!

OH says I'm not allowed to put them in Noah's hair. I'm jealous therefor no talk of it! ;)

I have a mucocele and apparently salt can help it? Either that or I have to have it cut out and I really don't want that!

Some people on here (Sammie and Katie, you know who you are!) get jealous when I talk about cute hair accessories... I think it's got something to do with their babies being boys. Although having said that, Jannine gets jealous too, as although she does have a girl, she doesn't have much hair... :o And we wouldn't want to upset people, would we?... :p

Ouch Sammie, that sounds painful! :( You could always try eating ice cream to see if cooling it down would help ;)
