    Morning ladies :)

LO went down at 7 and we didn't wake him for his usual feed at 12 and he went til 2. Quick feed, straight down until 8.30! God I loved the sleep!!

Still on a booster chair hunt, seen this http://m.toysrus.co.uk/Babies-R-Us/Feeding/Highchairs-and-Boosters/Babies-R-Us-Blue-3-Level-Booster-Seat/0012347?searchPosition=5 and it says suitable from 12 months. Are they being over cautious do you think? Will he be ok in it as soon as he can sit unaided (same for all high chairs I thought).

My other question is does anyone else have a long baby? I've noticed his trousers still have plenty of room around the waist but are very short on the legs (a good 2 inches above his ankle, lol!). Thank god socks come up to his knees. What does everyone else do?

I've got no boys but Tesco and Asda clothes (think sainsburys too) have elastic in the waist so you can get the bigger size and they don't fall down! X

It's been a mad house here this week now schools back in.

Hope everyone is well! x x

My sons were of the tall and too narrow for most trousers variety. Dungarees worked well for us as did the gap toddler adjustable waist trousers. They are the only ones that ever still looked decent and not like something I had pulled out of a skip when tightened enough to fit their waists. They always have sales on so their clothes tend not to work out that expensive if you are not bothered about not buying the latest line.
  • Thanks for the reply, what were the results for your lo? At the screening his left ear didn't give a clear response so we've been referred
Her results were fine. I hope it turns out to not be anything too major for your LO.

H&M, but one size bigger than all his other trousers. And Gap. Elasticated waists are your friends :)

Mine is long (99.6th centile) but we actually have the opposite problem because with being big all over she outgrows clothes on broadness rather than length and older babies have longer arms/legs relative to their body size. She ends up wearing either skin tight T-shirts or ones with the sleeves rolled up about three times as if we're trying to save money by putting her in clothes that are too big. If you put him in dungarees (where the waist doesn't matter so much), could you put him in a larger size to get the leg length or would they be so wide that it would be silly?

Sainsburys are having a big 50% off sale at the mo, loads of adjustable waist trousers in there - and if you have a store doing nectar double value then even better - I got loads of stuff (about 14/15 items?) label price £114.50, sale price £57.10, so cost me 5000 nectar points and £7.10. Bargain!

Hello, my lo had perfect responses in both ears so I am so happy!! Think I was more worked up with worrying than anything I hate hospitals so that made me worse! He woke up just as we got there but I managed to get him back to sleep, only took 20 mins for the test!! :) very very happy
