I have had a bagel for the first time today, they are delicious!!!! How have I got to 27 years old and not discovered this before!!!!

More advice re. the teeth. Don't brush their teeth straight after eating, treats or otherwise. But if they do have something sweet, encourage them to have a drink of water afterwards.

I love bagels! Cream cheese and smoked salmon is my favourite filling. But you've made me feel ancient! 27?! Outrageous!
