Sammie The Southampton Kiddicare is opening on 23rd April, which is a Tuesday, and by a miracle, isn't the day my mil is coming to stay! So all being well I'll be there with the small one, we want freebies!!!!!

Ohh the kids will be back at school then too so will be easier with just little one. :D do you know what time it opens? I have to drop the kids off at school but could get there about 9.30am. Hopefully that won't be too late to miss out on the good stuff! :o

I'm up for checking it out. Wanna meet up? I'm easy to recognise - I'm the ancient one with all the wrinkles.

Yeah I'm definitely up for that! Not sure on the opening time, I'd guess 9.30 or 10. Will have another look on the Fb page. Doubt I could get there any earlier than 9.30 anyway - even without the inevitable rush hour traffic it'll take me an hour or so. Might tie it in with a trip to ikea. Sure I can think of something we need from there too ;)

I don't know how you brave the car park to that place! It reminds me of a fairground ride that needs closing down!

It's awful isn't it! I always park in Toys R Us when I go to Southampton. Quid for two hours - suits me.

Savage, the multiples antenatal class held at our local hospital was really good too. We went to the 'normal' classes and thought we'd give the multiples one a go too in case they covered other things. Glad I went

I wouldn't advise buying lots of newborn clothes. We were only using sleepsuits for the first couple of months simply cos it was too much hassle bothering with clothes unless going anywhere special.

If she has plenty of time I'd also advise stocking up on magazines each week! I was going mad in the hospital (was there 11 days) and couldn't get into a book but went through LOADS of mags. Hospital food was awful, DH ate my meals everyday and brought me meals and snacks in :)

I was 37+4 when I had them, via C-section. Was all go for natural but I couldn't progress past 9cm dilated. They aren't identical

One swing is this and the other is this which has just shocked me cos we only paid £15 on ebay for it, didn't realise it was so expensive! We paid £16 for the Graco one:T

I don't follow any parenting style, I just do what I do :o. No idea what you'd call it tbh, I don't really know what they're all about! I suppose its more routine than anything regarding naps/bedtime but I didn't get too worried if they detoured from that. They kind of fell into their own routine, and we feed on demand.

Sorry if any of that's too obvious!

We also only used sleepsuits for the first few months. The built in mittons were a godsend!

So Charlie is now officially a walker, and doing great. Got his first cruisers from Clarks.

Anyone else got a newly official walker? So cute him running around. I love it! Can't wait to start going to the park, when it finally decides to get warmer!

    xx
