Why not have a walk somewhere with your children-- it will help you clear your head and away from thinkinking about him. The kids need to know they are more important than him.

The thought of my girls going for a walk brought a smile to my face, we have three dogs and when I coerce them into going out with me you would think that I had sent them down the coal face.

I think what alot of people have !!!!!footed round and wondered is, HAS he ever hit you or got close to it.
The guy sounds like my father, a loser!!!
my mum is now 60 and only just seeing light at the end of the tunnel after spending 25yrs in permanent debt caused by my father BEFORE he took off to Australia to live. To try and tackle debts when still married to him, she would take on a job, to have him quit his job, and say I had to go to childminders, whilst he was sat at home doing nothing, then he would have ago at her when she came home from work for there being dust on the window sills and fireplace.
It took till she was convinced one night that she would have been happy to die there and then, to escape the beatings, both phyiscal, mental and emotional, for my mum to end the marriage. The fact that if anything happened to her, who would care for her children. After all, he had cut her off from most people.
My father is a bully and control freak, but doesn't want the responsibilities of the debts he has amased over the years.

Hi saffronflowers. Gosh what a nightmare! I don't have any advice to offer, I think it has already been said, but my thoughts are with you.

You sound like a very strong individual and I hope when he does come home it goes well. Can you ask a friend to stay over tonight incase he does come home and cause trouble? Will help to have someone else there. Thinking of you xx

There is nothing I can do about the back door, and he has my front door key - but I really dont think no I am prettry sure he wouldn't bother again - theolice would be hrere and it would be longer than one night this time! No news from him which is really annoying as I would like my car key. I suppose that I do need to think this might be over, whopee this year I will be 40 and married twice.

I just wish that someone in my life would give a damn about me, for me. I dont have anyone but my girls. Do you know I am so sick and tired of being strong for everyone all the time and picking up the peices of everyone else mistakes.
