Just popping in to give you a hug and echo what others have said about brave choices.
The first time I met you, you seemed so shy and quiet, almost withdrawn, but then one of our group was upset and crying in the toilets, and you were the one that was there straight away, offering comfort and kind words. I liked you so much immediately.
You will be happy, because you are lovely, and because you deserve to be.
It might not happen tomorrow, or next week, but keep believing that it will, and that you are worth it.I'm a Money and Debt Adviser for a homelessness and housing charity in Scotland. Sorry you had to get rid of the piggies Buffy. At least you have one less thing to worry about now and they have gone to someone who will look after them.
Just keep thinking this time next year this will all seem like a bad dream (this is how I'm getting through my current situation). Take each day as it comes, do whatever makes you feel better and keep busy so you haven't got time to think about bad things!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
I've just read through your diary and had to say WOW. You're being put through every trial that could possibly come your way and you are going to get through it.
I've also had depression in the past, the first time I was put on tablets for a few years and only stopped taking them when I started to forget to take them as it seemed to be my body's way of saying I didn't need them anymore IYKWIM. The other times I've managed to stick with herbal remedies (calming spray), counselling and a wonderful support network.
Don't be afraid of asking your friends for help if you need it but I would also echo everyone else that has said get back to the doctor and find out about getting referred for counselling too. It is the most beneficial thing that you could go through and you don't have to worry about burdening any friends or family with your carp.
You can do it and you have everyone on here cheering you on.

Mindfulness CBT is to be recommended. I'm trying to persuade my DH to book onto a course in September and an intensive weekend in August.
In the meantime, hugs for you, Buffy xxWhat would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -

Hi buffy
So sorry that things are so hard for you at the moment. But I am sure there is lots of happiness in your future, karma owes you that for all the carp you have gone through.
You are going through a lot of change at the moment. It is bound to be painful. But after going through this change I am sure it will be better on the other side. I know that doesn't help with the pain and upset now.
I agree with others have a chat with your GP.
hugs mate
