Thanks Taxi and Wol - spot on there, don't send Lewis!!
the day was sort of rough, I didn't eat much or drink at all to make sure there was no reoccurance of yesterday. Lessons were ok tho.
I was ok really , it is not a very nice place to work however my boss leaves soon tho - which is why I am staying for a while longer. See how that goes.
any how I need to shift off to pack and clean out piggies.
ugh.
Still it will be FAB to see the man!
good weekends all

Hi Buffy, Wol, Numpy, Taxi, Beannie, Bob - where's Bob?
What has the doctor said about you being unwell, Buffy - have you had any blood tests or anything? I totally understand what you mean about the procrastination and sortof wanting to be left alone. That's the stress and anxiety making itself felt - almost like you're adding something else to a list rather than being able to appreciate it at face value and enjoy the sharing.
I really wish teaching was a stress free environment - bad enough that teachers get stressed dealing with the little angels, but they have piles of manure to deal with on top of that.
One of the reasons i don't post now is my stress went on to anxiety then panic attacks. I worry too much and when i posted here, i was worrying about everyone i posted to and even the ones i only read about but couldn't help. Getting better - slowly. I don't know how you're supposed to take the stress out of your situation though.
Don't forget you're only human - you can't do everything. About the only thing that's in order for me right now is my sock drawer, so as Wol says, stop beating yourself up. I'm still in awe at how much you do manage to achieve and am left scratching my head when you say you've got nothing done. Just make sure you have some 'you' time - not for working out what you need to do, lists or things you've forgotten - just 10 minutes where you know you're not going to get anything done, don't need to do anything (other than breathe) and try to relax. The world isn't going to stop in those 10 minutes but the time can do you a power of good.
Take care
