Thanks Snags xxx
Today my ISA book came. I tried opening one at the start of April, but the guy got it wrong and just opened a normal savings account.
So now I have two little blue books. My Future.

Thank you. I think he thinks I am a bit nuts.
Hey ho. took today off. REALLY NEEDED to process my "stuff"
I moved some money into my ISA, moved my other loan money to a higher interest account.
I cleared out my desk drawers, emptied two boxes and ok so to the untrained eye my room looks the same but doesn't feel the same.
Tomorrow I shall move a few more bits. And it will look different.
night lovely friends xxxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -
Evening,
Had to go to Sainsburys after work and have no clue where the evening went!
paid off my CC for the month. hideous amount of money covering alsorts.
Have joined an insane challenge in May. phoned up about a balance transfer and applied for a new CC with a BT offer but as I want it paid into my account for the loan I am not sure it will work.
I think I shall move what I can on to 0% am hopeful it will be most of it and I can focus on it daily rather than monthly - I lose interest so quickly.
Need to pay off 850 each month. mental me thinks
so tired night all xxNevertheless she persisted.0 -
hope you've managed a good nights sleep...and that you get the new CC0

Hi buffy! Intrigued about this insane May challenge! What is it? Re paying off the debt - on one of the threads there is a chart with 100 squares in it where you break it down into 10% chunks and colour in a square every time you pay off 10%. Would this keep your interest? I thin square chart thing is called Cheeky Monkey or something like that.
Hope you are ok today.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Hi buffy just checking in to say hello. Re my message above - meant to say 1% squares not 10%. Maths was never my strongpoint (even though I work with figures now ironically!).I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
