I'm feeling extremely tired today, but as far as the need to have a cig not bad.0 -
My fingers still feel so empty
But I feel normal, I'm just erm not as relaxed as when I smoked.
You're right it is day 100 -
How long will the empty feeling in my fingers last?
Well done to everyone0 -
Adzha I know what you mean! When you begin to think about it and can't think of anything else it becomes very difficult. Hang on in there.;)0

Evening all
Glad to hear you're all doing so well! Must admit my waistline has increased considerably - which I could do without:p !! I'm refusing to buy new (larger) clothes just squeezing into my old ones :rotfl: as an incentive to shift the weight! Whats really annoying is that I haven't increased my eating by that much (honest!) I definately believe cigarettes increased my motabilsm (sp) hopefully it will speed up again soon!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:
Take care all - keep breathing deep and smelling the lovely fresh air!!
love and hugs

I've gone up a couple of trouser sizes
I'm not too concerned about it TBH - I reckon this is my 'proper' weight now, that was masked by the appetite suppressant that is smoking. A bit of exercise will sort me out. Probably
Basically - a few extra pounds is WAY more preferable than the alternative:dance:There's a real buzz about the neighbourhood :dance:0 -
My dh smokes in front of me now, (I told him I didn't mind and its only ever outside never in the house) and a couple of times I've been tempted to ask for a "drag", but haven't (!) sometimes I find myself looking longingly ... can someone please explain why I would still desire :
- something I'm no longer addicted too
- Something I know was killing me
- something that is totally unattractive, smelly etc
- something that was costing me a fortune (approx £25,000 to date!  )
I have to say this forum was definately my saving grace and without it I don't think I would have done it :A :A !! Anyone contemplating quitting go for it, you've nothing to loose and though it may be tough (it may not!!) and it well definately be worth it!!
love and hugs all
