It will be 4 week for me on Sunday and great to have done so well especially with the time of year and Xmas Parties.

I hope you all had a great christmas I don't post as much as I should but I do lurk and keep an eye on what's going on!

Hi guys i fell of the wagon BIG time...Family problems Big Time,
So tomorrow morning i am attaching my Patch to my arm and rubbing the hell out of it!

So fingers crossed no more Family F*ck ups or disowning and ill do this!

Can I jump on board too please? I had my month smoke free 'anniversary' on Christmas day, so have already saved around £100. I've noticed the difference so much already, can already do so much more exercise compared to when I was a smoker!
