:hello: bubbles & welcome to the thread.
Yeh, I'm still up cos this is what I do when trying to curb the craving  .
I could actually rip through concrete right now  but mooching about on here & having a text slanging match with the xb/f instead.
Cant offer any advice re champix as I'm just using gum & lots of rude wordsat the mo. I seem to remember that other people have had sickness & also sleepiness & weird dreams - ooh what lovely things you have to look forward to . Dont mind me, I'm usually very happy & upbeat but tonight I'm just
. Think day 3 is when all the evil starts leaching out of your system & I feel like the head spinny girl in the exorcist right now. That's why this thread is so great, you can rant away & everyone understands exactly what your're going through & it keeps your fingers busy too
.
There arent usually many peeps about at this hour - everyone in bed chewing their pillows to fight off cravings - but have a feeling I'll be up late for a few nights to come yet so will check in on you & your progress,
good luck & well done so far

Afternoon all.
I went to my appointment to go on the Phoenix programme again determined to quit once and for all. Had my last smoke at 10pm on Tuesday night and so far so good. I didn't realise the doctor can now offer patches plus one other NCT to help the cravings so I chose the inhaler to go alongside the 16 hour patch. I reckon this has more than doubled my chances of quitting and feel so good about myself!
I know I've a long way to go but this is the most motivated I feel, plus I have the cleanest house ever because that's all I do when trying to quit, clean, clean b****y clean!!!DMP mutual support number 199Debt free in [strike]2025[/strike] 2018 (hopefully a lot sooner!):j Smokefree since 10pm 2/7/08 :jBaby no.3 due 29/04/20110 -
