    Hi All
I posted a couple of days ago to say I look forward to joining you from the 1st June. Patches are ready as is my resolve. I am starting to get that anxiety feeling of knowing that I will be without the smokes on Sunday morning.
I am most looking forward to the money saving element. I have realsied that its a packet of 20 + chewing gum + something else when I am at the shop. I expect my habit costs an awful lot more than I realise

Good luck for Saturday Lewki. Dont worry try to look forward to it. Stopping is not dangerous or life threatening. Smoking can be.

Good luck to all the new quitters; it doesn't seem two minutes since I was the "newbie" and that was 24 days ago.:j :j

I've found it a long hard, and at times unplesant slog, but it's been more than worth the effort.:D :D I feel better, look better,:o :o (my O.H's assessment:rolleyes: ) and I've still only spent £1.90 in over three weeks.:money: :money:
