Only 2 weeks today - had a couple of blips :( but seem ok now. Some days I'm fine, others I just yearn & crave like mad, my sleep pattern all disrupted too so that doesnt help !! Did you have any of that ? Its most annoying !

MF - Know what you mean, today I could have ripped the walls apart with my bare hands, feel ok now tho - I'm using gum so total respect to you for going cold turkey . dont give in or you'll have to go through this stage all over again. Trust me I've done it 3 times now...

I went in to pay a bill - had paid most of it, but was late with the balance - and hey that was it all paid.

Asked a question - not a difficult one, got an answer which was "You will have to phone our head office".

So I looked eye ball to eye ball - and said "I think this is the answer" - saying it ok and the whole office I was in turned round.

The guy I was speaking to just gulped and said "Yes".

Boy oh boy oh boy - did I enjoy that while it lasted - 3 days of whatever it is - exploded and dissipated in that encounter.

If that office was open now - I'd be there!!!!

Thanks Lula!! Gonna go and punch a pillow until it bleeds, lol!!!

:hello: Morning everyone, well here goes day 3 of not smoking, and by the time the day is out i will technically have saved 15 quid although i wont see any of it as it will get eaten up by my debts! I have just over 3,500 on a credit card but hopefully i will be able to pay in extra each month with my cigarette money. Just wondering though, the box of patches i bought for a week was 15 quid. Can i go to doctor and get them on prescription for cheaper? Havent been to the doctors in a long while and have no idea what a prescription costs and whether i can in fact ask for patches.

Good luck to everyone for the coming day - its gonna be hard but so worth it!
