    Good morning to you all

Today is my last day as a smoker.

Going to work in a few hours and will be there until 1pm tommorrow ( work strange shifts) , so any cigs left with me at midnight go into the bin soaked in water.

    Feel really positive about tomorrow.

You're doing well already FeelingLow.. when you're having a ciggie and knowing it tastes vile it almost makes you realise how much of smoking is due to "routine" and makes it easier to break.. the time comes round when you'd normally have one and just having the thought.. do I really want this? where usually you wouldn't give it a second thought and pop it in your mouth and spark up :)

All the best for tomorrow Mrsmx5

Well done to everyone else on your respective days  :T

And finally Happy Monthiversary to Doltage :T :T :T

Sorry.. I know you wanted to celebrate it after the footie but not sure if i'll be on then so wanted to say well done now :):)

Cheers Waspeze, I'm chuffed to bits, but I'm not sure if that's due to having no fags or the footy result lol still 12 hours until my 'proper' monthiversary though-hope I make it :D

Mrsmx5 good luck for tomorrow, you'll be a non-smoker before you know it!

FeelingLow you'll crack it as well from the sound of things, Champix really has been a great help for me.
