It's good to see a lot of happy smiley non-smokers, personally speaking I'm in one of them moods so nothing can get me down today as Bruce Willis once said yippee kiyay etc. etc.

Really prepared for Thursday now. been out and bought an inhalor thingy, as I thought this may be better for me in the fact I have something in my hands, even if I dont use it.

Have put a list in my bag, of all my detailed reasons for giving up. Plenty of orange juice in, and celery sticks.

Handed in my notice at work yesterday :j , so no need to say i'm stressed anymore as I can see light at the end of the tunnel as regards work. ( 3 weeks and six days to go and counting) This has been my biggest excuse for smoking so much at home " I've been so stressed out at work today"
