hi blackruby
my advice is to do it now at your tender age, dont wait until your 48 like me, I was almost sick some mornings with coughing and was very aware of wheezing when in bed, this has all stopped now after only two months of not smoking. my youngest son is also 21 on mondaysmoke free since 16 feb 080 -
Wow, what a coincidence! Yeah, my parents both smoked all through my upbringing, but dad had 2 heart attacks last year within weeks of each other, hasn't smoked one since. Mum still smokes but I am kinda hoping if I can share what works with me, I can help her. Of course there is also my 72 year old gran who smoked 200 a week, but I think she said she is a lifer. Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

You didn't fail, biker, you slipped up. Moment of weakness, what were you doing when it happened? Having a drink or being incredibly stressed?
