Isn't it funny how different we all are - feedum and her 18 cigs on the table, Waspy clearing out his house, me with an ashtray in my desk drawer and you with your jar under the sink :rotfl:

I am doing okay without the patches too to be honest (although you have been very quick to stop them :T ) but I am still carrying on around 'just in case'!

Afternoon all, Good to hear everyone is doing so well.
Now into my 8th day and feeling good. Hardly any cravings now just keep have strange conversations with myself about smoking but am still determined. Am sleeping better although have been up between 4-4.30am last 2 mornings full of beans and raring to go.Quit date 27th March 2008360 cigarettes not smoked £90 saved0 -
Well done peachblossom - keep it up, the conversations are normal - stay strong.
Can't believe you are sleeping well you lucky devil - I am really struggling with disturbed sleep but hey, just another thing to be grotty aboutplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
MFD, had a few nights where I couldn't get off to sleep my mind just went into overdrive but once I managed to get off was OK. Now back to normal, soon as my head hits the pillow thats it, don't mind the early wake ups too much now the mornings are better but shan't like it if we get the snow and frost back this weekend.
Don't know about the conversations being normal LOL I do have a habit of talking to [strike]myself[/strike] the cats and they are giving me some really wierd looks or is paranoia part of withdrawal as well?Quit date 27th March 2008360 cigarettes not smoked £90 saved0 -
It's only paranoia if they are not out to get you, and if I know cats....
