Yep, this morning! Get to keep my car which is really good (the cars not really good, just really good to keep it :D )!

IPA will be about 200, was hoping 100-150 and fearing 300 so right in the middle!

Posted the details in the BR forum!

    Hi all,
Had a rant a week or so ago on this thread when things were really bad. Have calmed down a bit since then and thanks for puttingup/ignoring my post. It was good just to let off steam Here!

I have to confess to being a serial stopper. I gave up nearly 7 years ago using Zyban. I've been looking at the latest posts and they all seem to mention Champix. Not sure what the difference is- anyone know? REason why I ask is when I was on Zyban I more or less floated through life, not only did I not want to smoke but I didn't want to go to work, do the garden or much else for that matter. Anyone experience the same?

Not smoked now for 13 weeks-smoke free since 2 Jan 08 used patches this time and now on nowt.

    Hi Shinyhead,
the difference is in this thread somewhere but to save you trawling through it :)

From what I can gather Zyban is an anti depressant that was found to help people quit smoking whereas champix was specifically developed as a stop smoking aid.

I've never used zyban but champix seems to be working for me so far (day 6)

Well done on 13 weeks :T

    Thanks waspeze.

I see why I was floating then if Zyban is an AD and you're not depressed....

Afternoon everyone..you all sound cheery today...bet your glad thats over Waspy...well done everyone on all the stages you are at.
Day 4 for me I'm ok though..it's the headaches getting me as I don't usually get headaches...coughed a bit of rubbish up this morning and have a itchy cough ..does that mean giving up smoking is doing me good?...LOL..
Am quite tired and lethargic as well...it will get better I guess...
