:A you are such a sweetie ab :A
My nurse went rambling on about being under 10 being classed as being a probable non-smoker too but when my scores were 6 and 3 when I was smoking recently a 9 just feels like a kick in the teeth.

Thanks AB, really appreciate that! Things were just too bad.. tried for the last two years to get it down but hardly made a dent (all my debt is over two years old, no new ones) spoke to cccs and they said it'd take nearly 15 years to pay it off and coz I had no assets etc BR was the only way forward.
Once the OR interview is over tomorrow I can start looking forward again, haven't done that in years!!:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -

Been on the patches now since yesterday lunchtime and it has worked really well. Not had any cravings for a fag so far and no mood swings either. Took the advice I'd been given to eat carrots, drinking OJ and relaxing hot bath. The patch were supposed to be on 24hrs but I removed it before I went to bed and applied a new on this morning. Noticed that I opened the wrong box and started on the lowest patches.:o Since they seem to work well I might be able to kick this disgusting habit a bit quicker than I thought...
Reading your posts I'm so impressed with you all. I look forward to the day when I can say I've been able to go a whole day or even a week without any nicotine.0 -
