To be honest, I think teenagers probably would find quitting easier than an adult. They don't have time to smoke 20 or 40 a day, so less cigarettes means less addicted.

And yes stay on the thread! The support here is great, I couldn't imagine quitting by myself, and at my age you can't go to your GP or NHS support group.

We are all in this together!

Hiya taxi! If you don't have time to read the whole thread just check out the first post - click on some of the links and have a good old read - whenever you feel yourself slipping go back to this material, it's really useful.

So - did I have a cigarette on my first night out with smokers
    OF COURSE I DIDN'T :D

I did notice that when the smokers came back from outside that you could smell them from the other side of the table though  That used to be ME!!!

One of the girls in the office asked me how I did over the weekend and I was peeved that anyone would think I would smoke again! I am NEVER going back :p

Feeling very positive, hope you all are too.

    Bellie - I am madly thirsty too...strange.

    Morning :)

Day 3 and back at work .. trying to change a bit of the routine I was stuck in to see if that'll help!

Had a strange dream about an outdoor south african animal park last night, bit weird as it was actually indoors and all the "benches" we sat on to watch a show were actually snake tanks .. will stop there as starting to confuse myself
