    Morning all,

I am back, and iam very PROUD to say that i had my last cig at 5.45pm yesterday so i have gone nearly 16 hours. I have a patch on, and i have no cravings at all (im sure i will get moody though, and i will proberly get cravings). I am more determined that ever, I am away on holiday in a week on sunday and i want my hair done (£50) and i cant afford to smoke and do both :rotfl:

I got up this morning and sat on settee instead of going to back door for a cig, I had breakfast (i never ever do, but im on anti b's which i started taking them yesterday teatime and i was ill all night, so took another and im feeling ok)

Good luck to everyone who is thinking of stopping smoking, and well done and keep it up to those who are quitting

    All my love
    Mumzy
